Services
I provide weekly therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, aging, identity exploration and more. My work is collaborative and depth-oriented, integrating mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic awareness. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. I am trained in several modalities including but not limited to CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, Imago and I work with clients to establish tailored treatment plans that are in alignment with client goals.
Sex therapy addresses concerns related to desire, arousal, sexual performance, intimacy, pain, sexual shame, identity, communication, and relational dynamics. I work with individuals, couples and polycules of all gender identities, expressions and sexual orientations, with an affirming lens toward kink, non-monogamy, sex work and other diverse expressions of sexuality, pleasure and intimacy.
As a provider of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), I offer preparation and integration sessions to support clients engaging in ketamine treatment. This work can facilitate profound emotional healing, especially for those navigating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or trauma.
While I do not administer ketamine myself, I collaborate with licensed medical providers and make referrals to prescribers for dosing sessions. My role is to help you prepare intentionally and safely for your ketamine experiences and to meaningfully integrate those insights into your ongoing therapeutic process.
Coaching: For those interested in guidance around dating and relationships, I am available for virtual short-term coaching support any where in the US or for those living abroad. Most coaching clients seek help with navigating dating apps, profile creation, communication after matching, etc. Clients also often seek assistance with creating relationship agreements in their non-monogamous dynamics. I also provide support related to navigating play parties and sexual exploration.
Note: Coaching is separate and independent from psychotherapy; there is no diagnosis or insurance coverage, and we do not delve into psychological issues such as trauma.
Mediation: I also provide mediation services for friends, colleagues, family and community members when an impartial third party is requested to help navigate differences and disagreements.
